Many Kindred say that Gehenna is upon us. They even
state that the Camarilla is about to fall.

But this is completely false, for the Antediluvians don't
exist, and the reins power are still in the hands of
the Camarilla, as they will always be.

Our might will be proven once more in this Summer, where
seven new Justicars will be appointed to protect our
own and enforce our Six Traditions.

We hope to see you all in Palma de Mallorca on the 15th
of August of 2004, so that you can prove us you deserve
the titles of Justicars.

Do not fail us, for our wrath will know no boundaries.
