A new round of playtesting has begun, with both the next four preconstructed decks (Banu Haqim, Brujah, Gangrel and The Ministry) and cards for the not yet named next expansion. The pandemic situation makes live playtesting hard, but games can be played using Lackey or Tabletop Simulator, and of course the cards are discussed thoroughly in designated forums. The round will end in mid February.

The other release is the next wave of preconstructed decks: Brujah, Gangrel, Banu Haqim, and the Ministry. These will reflect the developments in Vampire: The Masquerade, with Brujah and Gangrel leaving the Camarilla to join the Anarchs. In an event known as the Vermillion Wedding, the Banu Haqim (formerly known as the Assamites) joined the Camarilla through the marital union of Tegyrius and Victoria Ash. The Ministry (formerly known as the Followers of Set) attempted to join the Camarilla but were prevented from doing so, with rumors of sabotage interfering with their efforts. Licking their wounds they chose to cast their lot with the Anarchs.

Round 2 of the current playtesting batch (four precons - Brujah, Gangrel, Banu Haqim and Ministry, plus the Fall of London set) ends in the beginning of February.

It will determine how many more rounds of playtesting, if any, are needed.

New preconstructed decks

We will be bringing four preconstructed decks for order through retailers during May, for clans Banu Haqium, Brujah, Gangrel and Ministry. These will be available in English, French and Spanish with an expected ship date of September 2021. These have an MSRP of £18/€20/$22.

Distributors will be able to preorder these in May, so its soon time to start nagging on your favorite game store to stock them. These will be available in English, French and Spanish, cost around £18/€20/$22 and be in stores in September.

PRECONSTRUCTED DECKS BOX FRONTS REVEALED

After about a year of designing and playtesting, the four 2021 preconstructed decks are now soon ready for the printer. Featured clans are Banu Haqim (Camarilla), Brujah (Anarchs), Gangrel (Anarchs) and The Ministry (Anarchs). These decks will be available in English, French and Spanish and contain totally 42 new crypt cards and 16 new library cards mixed with reprints of previously published cards.

Distributors can preorder these soon, so please ask your favorite store to stock them. The recommended retail price is £18/€20/$22 and they will be in stores in October.

Decklists likely to be around September as they get closer to release. Aiming to add a great number of new library cards in particular for those decks e.g. adapting Banu to Blood Sorcery and Ministry to Protean

THE RETURN OF ICONIC VAMPIRES

We now welcome some "icon" characters back into Vampire: The Eternal Struggle. With start in the upcoming preconstructed decks and the 2021 promo pack, old familiar faces get new versions in other crypt construction groups. Theo Bell, Gilbert Duane and Hesha Ruhadze will have a new version in group 6, while the new Victoria Ash is in group 7. As these cards have the exact same names as their old versions, they contest as normal.

Black Chantry have a lot of material in printing (at the actual print shop) right now - the four new preconstructed decks (Banu Haqim, Brujah, Gangrel and The Ministry), the annual promo pack, and of course all the content from the Unleashed Kickstarter - four bundles (Anarchs Unbound, Danse Macabre, The Unaligned 1 and 2) and the Kickstarter exclusive promo cards.
